Pilots are designed to produce the documentation and decision record needed for formal procurement.
PROCUREMENT FAQ

Common questions about AMP pricing and procurement.

How is AMP priced — per seat or per program?
AMP is priced around program scope and deployment model — not seat counts. This reflects how public capital programs actually work: the value delivered is organizational, not per-user. Pricing proposals are based on active program count, delivery complexity, and the deployment model selected (SharePoint Online SaaS, Cloud SaaS, or Site Templates). Contact us for a scoped proposal.
How should we budget for AMP in our capital program?
AMP Essentials and AMP Insight are typically budgeted as program management support costs — the same budget category as PM staffing, controls consulting, and reporting tools. AMP Consulting engagements are scoped separately. We can provide budget-level estimates early in your planning process to support your CIP budget cycle.
What procurement pathways work for AMP?
AMP has been procured through direct negotiation, competitive RFP, cooperative purchasing programs, and sole-source justification (where applicable). AMP's MBE certifications (OR MBE & ESB #10297, WA MBE M5M0028131) are accepted under applicable state programs. We work with your procurement team to match the correct pathway to your agency's requirements and timeline.
Does AMP hold MBE credentials that count toward program goals?
Yes. Asset Management Professionals is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Emerging Small Business (ESB) in Oregon (#10297) and as an MBE in Washington (M5M0028131). These certifications may apply toward agency supplier diversity goals. Contact us for current certification documentation.
How does a pilot convert to a full deployment?
Pilot programs are structured with a defined success criteria review at the end of the pilot period. If the agency elects to proceed, pilot work — configuration, templates, workflows, training materials — carries forward into the full deployment without rebuild cost. The pilot agreement includes a documented conversion pathway to support your procurement process for the full engagement.
